Q - How do I find which size is right for me?
A - Measure your wrist with a tailor's measuring tape and allow some slack for a comfortable fit. Under each bracelet's description you will find the size wrist that it will fit. Find the size that your measurement falls in between. If you are at the top extreme end of a particular size, we suggest you choose the next size up. Keep in mind that your wrist will swell a bit when you are very active.
Q - How will you ship my order?
A - We ship via USPS First Class to keep your cost as low as possible. If you live in the continental U.S.A. USPS states that average shipping times are 1 to 3 days. International orders will take longer and are depending on your location.
Q - How much are the Shipping and Handling charges?
| 1 to 5 bracelets | $3.95 |
| 6 to 20 | $4.95 |
| 21 to 50 | $8.95 |
| 51 to 200 | $19.95 |
| 201 to 500 | $39.95 |

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept Paypal and major credit cards. Paypal is accepted worldwide and is a free and secure way for its users to pay for purchases. We will accept personal checks and money orders but shipping will be delayed more than two weeks before those clear. So, if you are an organization that must deal by check or money order, please keep that consideration in mind when scheduling your fundraiser.
Q - Will I get a confirmation of my order?
A - Yes. As soon as you place your order online you will receive a confirmation from Paypal. You will also receive a confirmation email from BYC when your order has shipped. We will include the date that your order is shipped and confirm the shipping address. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to be received. Estimated shipping times are given in the FAQ question “How will you ship my order”.
Q - How soon can I expect delivery?
A - Currently delivery is 2-4 weeks.
